1...Both main batch rollers are driven in contact with aqueeze rollers by Two separate D.C.Motors individually and as electro pneumatic dancing roll will take care of Synchronised surface speed of both main batch rollers.
This unique system provides tensionless fabric movement during process.
2...FEEDING AND DELIVERY arrangements are provided at either end of the machine, which facilitates loading and unloading at the same time and reduces downtime,thus increasing production.
3...At delivery end a stainless steel einch with separate D.C.motor is provided for tensionless debatching of fabric after process.
4...Either Planting Down or Big Batching arrangement can be provided.
5...Direct and indirect S.S. Steam heating coils are provided for uniform quick heating of bath liquor.
6...Two drain cocks of adequate size are provided for quick drain of liquor.
7...Two Nos. overflow arrangement of different hights will be provided to control water and chemical consumption during process.
8...A stainless steel chemical feeding pipe will be provided and on optional pumping set is offered for circulating liquor if required.
9...Complete supporting structure will be of cast iron.

Mangles are designed for a variety of purposes with loading upto 12 Tons and bowl width as required. Bowl combinations include soft rubber to soft rubber; soft rubber to hard rubber; rubber to stainless steel ; high expressioon to hard rubber or stainless steel. Many dyejigs have been supplied in india and abroad and have proved thier reliability over many years. They are easily operated and maintenance costs are low. Easily coupled; they are economically priced and are continually being up dated. The current range includes a Sieve Drum Dyejig specially designed for pile type fabrics.

Venus Drying Range :

Drying Ranges Can be built to user's specification and designed to work in conjuction with any continuous machinery requiring adrying or Semi Drying Process. The dryers are Sturdily built to simple trouble-free designs, using first class materials throughout.They can be supplied in polished stainless steel or P.T.F.E. coated as required toany widths and to working pressure betwen 1 and 10 atmospheres.
