Roller Type Hank Yarn Dyeing

You can dye yarn in differnt colours at the same time according to number of headers.
Independent operation for each Roller Header.
You can select 2,3,5 or 10 Rolller Header Assemblies as per your requirement .
Headers are erected back to back,thus saving space.
Air Hydraulic System is incorporated to lift and lower each header individually for loading or unloading without stopping the main drive and process in other header tanks.
Stainless Steel Tank Rollers and direct & Indirect Stainless Steel Coil is provided in each tank of the headers.
A Stream-lined Control Panel with timer is provided to automatically regulate forward & Reverse movement of Rollers as per set timing.
Machine can be supplied to process 54" as well as 90" circumference Hanks.
Extension in Future is no problem
